ABOUT ROLLO MILES

I am a London-based property adviser specialising in the valuation and sale of high-value houses, with over 20 years’ experience working at the top end of the market.

Now in my early fifties, I bring a level of experience, perspective and calm judgement that clients often value when making significant property decisions. 

I began my career in the early 2000s and have spent more than two decades advising homeowners through some of life’s biggest transitions — including bereavement, divorce, downsizing and major family moves.

As part of what is often described as Generation X, my approach is straightforward, discreet and pragmatic. I focus on clear advice, careful valuation and thoughtful strategy, rather than a high-pressure sales approach.

Experience

My role is simple: to provide independent, experienced guidance at the very beginning of the sales process — when decisions about value, timing and positioning matter most.

I work directly with every client, providing a personal service from initial valuation through to completion.


Over the past two decades, I have sold high-value London houses across Prime Central and West London, working with some of the industry’s most established firms, including:

  • Bective Leslie Marsh
  • Marsh & Parsons
  • John D. Wood & Co.

I later founded Agent & Homes, a residential property company focused on experienced agents working with private clients on a more personal basis.

Throughout my career, my focus has remained consistent: advising homeowners on how best to value, position and sell their properties in a complex and often emotional market.

The property market has changed. Today, buyers see almost every property online via portals such as:

  • Zoopla
  • PrimeLocation

As a result, success is less about which estate agent lists a property, and more about how the sale is handled from the outset.

My role is to guide clients through these decisions, ensuring the process is handled carefully from beginning to end.
